Hello, and welcome! I'm a licensed cosmetologist and licensed cosmetology instructor with more than 20 years of teaching experience. Since earning my instructor's license in 2005, I've dedicated my career to helping students succeed in cosmetology school, prepare for state board exams, and develop the confidence needed for a successful career in the beauty industry. I've taught thousands of students, helped develop cosmetology curriculum, and been recognized for excellence in education, including a nomination for Instructor of the Year. I understand that every student learns differently, and I enjoy finding the teaching style that helps each person finally "get it".

I use real salon examples, diagrams, study guides, memory tricks, and practice questions to turn difficult concepts into information that's easy to remember.
