This is an advanced composition technic using secondary dominants and II-V relationships. I could give you one example, but then that would be a chord progression I wrote and wouldn’t help you write your own. Music theory lessons would definitely help you with this, but much as a pianist wouldn’t start learning the Rachmaninov 3rd Concerto, you’ll want to start at the beginning or risk using the technics wrong.
How to write extended perfect authentic cadences?
I am currently writing a Berceuse in the style of Chopin and I noticed in a lot of his music and that of other romantic composers in the final perfect authentic cadences they repeat it multiple times in different ways. Could someone give me some insight on how to construct those kinds of cadences?

Perfect cadences use the V or V7-I relationships to close the motife. You can exdend and broaden the V-I closures by using secondary dominants in the middle of the phrase to get to the actual V before closing to the I.
