We have to use stoichiometry to convert mass of ammonia to mass of urea. The process is:
g NH3 →mol NH3 →mol urea → g urea
From the balanced reaction, you can see that 2 moles of NH3 reacts to form 1 mole of urea.
170 g NH3 x (1 mol NH3 / 17 g NH3) x (1 mol urea / 2 mol NH3) x (60 g urea / 1 mol urea)
= 300 g urea
