Let f(x) = (x2-3x-28)/(3x2+14x+18)
f(-3) = ((-3)2-3(-3)-28)/(3(-3)2+14(-3)+18) = -10/3
Since f(x) is defined and continuous at x = -3, lim as x→-3 f(x) = f(-3) = -10/3

Limx-->-3[(x^2 - 3 x - 28)/(3 x^2 + 14 x + 18)]=-10/3
