Missing permanent press feature on washer

Question

im trying to wash a polyester hoodie from vapor95 and I got a stain on my wrist area. People tell me to use the permanent press cycle on my washer but I only have these:

• normal
• comforter
• heavy duty
• delicates
• bedding
• jeans
• quick wash
• kids wear
• wool
• whites
• drain & spin
• rinse & spin
• presoak
• casual

this jacket looks really nice but this stain ruins it, please tell me how to clean it.

Im no laundry expert, but i bet the bigger question is what sort of stain is it? For example if it's tomato sauce, google 'how to remove tomato sauce stain from polyester.'
