Frogs survive in both water and land breathing through their skin as well as lungs. There are certain teleost fishes that have the same ability, however they do not have typical lungs but rather primitive or rudimentary lung like structures. They survive without water for short duration, some can store water in their modified gills to get oxygen.
Hope this could help.
