Are you sure this equation is correct? The only possible rational zeros are + or - {1, 2, 4, 7, 14, 28} and I don't think any of these work. The only way I see to solve this is graphing. If the equation is:
F(x) = x2 - 3x - 28, try factoring, using x - 7, and x + 4 as factors.
