What distance does electromagnetic radiation travel in 0.47 ps?

I tried to multiply (3E8*4.7E-13) and mastering chemistry told me it was wrong. I dont know what I did Wrong.

distance = speed x time

 

speed = speed of light = 3 x 10⁸ m/s

time = 0.47 x 10^-12 s  (= 4.7 x 10^-13 s)

distance = (0.47 x 10^-12) (3 x 10⁸) m = 1.41 x 10^-4 m

Is this the answer you got? From what you said in the problem, you multiplied the correct numbers.  Did the site ask for an answer in specific units?
