r'(t) = i - (tant)j + 0k
 
ll r'(t) ll = √[ (1)2 + (-tant)2 + 02]
 
            = √ (1+tan2t) = √sec2t = sect
 
So, T(t) = (cost)i - (sint)j + 0k

Thank You also the t parameters are: -pi/2 <t < pi/2     And I am having trouble determining whether B(pi/4) points into or out of the xy-plane. A short explanation as to why would be perfect.
