We can factor a -2 out of the left fraction
-2(-2+x)/4 times 1/(x-2) and then reduce the -2 and 4 and rearrange the (-2+x)
-1(x-2)/2 times 1/(x-2) our (x-2) will cancel/reduce because we have one on top and one on the bottom
