Vectors and Force

Consider a 70 N weight suspended by two wires. The magnitude of F2=40 N, and angle B is 50 degrees. Find the missing angle and magnitude of F1.

Hi Mason:
 
   Unfortunately, the link for that image did not paste properly.  The main questions I have (assuming all forces act in a single two-dimensional plane, which is usually the case) are:
 
1.  Does the angle B go with force F2?
2.  Are angle B and the missing angle measured with respect to the horizontal or the vertical?
 
If you can answer those two questions, I think I can work a solution.  So please let me know.  Thanks!
