What iste difference between clinical and administrative information within an electronic health record?

My class is a college course Health care administration with a concentration in electronic health records.

Clinical information would include vital signs:  blood pressure. pulse, body temperature, symptoms and time of their onset etc. 

 

Administrative informetion would include SSN< DOB, address, Insurance information and so on.
