f(x)=4
f(x)=mx + b where m=slope and point (0,b) is y-intercept
So, slope m=0
y-intercept b=4
Now, x-intercept is the point where y=0:
f(x) = 0 = 4 [sorry, can't happen]
Since f(x) is a horizontal line at y=4, it never crosses the x-axis (a point where y=0)
