It depends on the definition of 'sticker price'. It's a question of whether these options are installed by the factory and are included, being line items itemized on the sticker produced by the factor. Oftentimes the dealer adds features, and makes another 'sticker' which includes all of these items.

 

Whatever you do, don't pay List price...smart car buyers know to NEGOTIATE.
