F = qvB*sin(θ)

 

The sign of the charge only changes the direction of the force. A proton and electron both have the same magnitude of charge. The B field and the velocities are the same for both the electron and proton, so the forces have to be equal as well.

As explained by tutors Raphael and Ben, the magnitude of the force is the same for both, but in opposite directions. However, the magnitudes of the ACCELERATIONS will be different, because of the difference in mass between the electron and the proton.
