Answer #1 and #2 above are incorrect because they use parts more than once.
Still, I would say that this is possible. Your sentence can only have 8 words plus any articles, as I understand the "rules."
Yikes! she ate from the rotten apple but carefully.
Yikes = interjection
she = pronoun
ate = verb
from = preposition
the = article
rotten = adjective
apple = noun
but = conjunction
carefully = adverb
It's hard to perform this task and end up with a natural-sounding sentence, but that was not one of the requirements :)
Note that my sentence uses what are called elliptical phrases, that is, phrases that leave out words that we would understand to be there. The last section could be rendered as "but (she ate) carefully."
