You can do it! I'll show you how.
A negative exponent means it is an inverse power.
That is: x-2 = 1 / x2.
Move each of the terms with negative exponents from numerator to denominator and vice versa,
then multiply the like terms (add the exponents) and simplify the numeric part of the fraction:
2a-1 b-2 c-3 2a-1 a7 a6
-------------- = ----------------- = -----------
-6a-7 b6 c7 -6b6 b2 c7 c3 -3b8 c10
