While in graduate school, I taught a course in research design and statistics introducing undergraduates to the fundamentals of the research process such as gathering information, formulating testable ideas, designing surveys and experiments, analyzing data in SPSS, writing papers, and presenting posters. I am a published author having validated the Emotion-Focused Interaction Scale through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses.

I am extremely proficient in SPSS, having used it in both undergraduate and graduate school. Nearly half of my graduate degree is in statistics, including a specially designed independent study course in advanced statistical modeling covering advanced topics like factor analysis and multilevel modeling. Here is a comprehensive list of topics I am familiar with and teach: t-tests, correlation, nonparametric tests (Friedman, Kruskal-Wallis, Spearman correlation), ANOVA, repeated measures, between subjects, and mixed designs, regression, factor analysis, logistic regression, discriminant analysis, ROC analysis, MANOVA (multivariate ANOVA), reliability analysis (Cronbach's alpha), and structural equation modeling.

Cancellation policy – if student is late more than 15 minutes without at least an hour notice, there is a $20 cancellation fee. If instructor is more than 15 minutes late without at least an hour notice, student receives a refund and one free lesson. I am flexible and know life happens - if something comes up last minute, just let me know.

Great Statistics teacher - Explains the WHY

Lyubo is an amazing statistics teacher. 5 lessons in and he is always on time and consistently explains the why behind statistics and use of spss. I had no clue what I was doing however, he was very helpful. If you have come across his profile and are reading his reviews please try your first lesson with him. You will not regret it.
