I am an MSN student in the PMHNP program at my university, and I come from a background of psychiatric nursing. Along with being a second career nurse, my program progress has been fragmented due to a health issue that came up last year. In August, I will be required to complete a sign off for a head to toe examination to progress to my PMHNP clinicals. I have very little training in this area, and I am looking for a nurse practitioner to tutor me up to competency to be able to get signed off to progress into my clinical placements.
