My elder daughter is in 4th grade in New York. Her performance in English Language Arts is average—not poor, but not where I know her potential could take her.

My granddaughter could use extra support. She is in the 3rd grade. She enjoys math, but hates to read. I believe it causes her to struggle at times. I am hoping she will find that reading can be fun.

I'm interested in public speaking tutoring. I'm in Rochester Hills, though I'd like to start out with an online session.
Thanks!

I’m a 31-year-old living in NYC, and English is my second language. I can read and understand English well, but I really struggle with speaking - especially at work. I work in construction and often have a hard time expressing my thoughts clearly, which gets frustrating.
I’m looking to seriously improve my speaking skills for both my career and personal life with a tutor.

Hi my daughter has been trying out Model UN and now is interested in debate public forum. Is this something you can help her with? She is very bright and currently a sophomore but her school has limited resources. She signed up for a group online class but I think she needs a bit more help if she were to enter a tournament and place well. Online lesson would work.

My name is Emir and I live in Miami. My mom is 68 years old and has been learning English for about a year now. We’re originally from Turkey, and she currently takes three lessons a week.
She’s visiting me in Miami for about six weeks, and I’ve noticed that she still struggles to speak confidently and can feel a bit shy when using English. I thought working with a native speaker in a comfortable, supportive setting could really help her gain confidence and improve her conversational skills.
She’ll be staying in Midtown, and I wanted to ask if someone be interested in working with her for one month, meeting twice a week. Please let me know if this is something you’d be open to discussing.
Thank you so much,
Emir

My eight year-old daughter is in third grade. She is doing well with reading, but not enjoying it. We are having a hard time to get her to be willing to practice. I’m hopeful with some extra tutoring she might get to a point where she starts to be able to read things that she enjoys.
