I am an entry level data analyst at a mortgage lender in Fort Washington. I am very behind with fundamental questions and feel I should be picking things up more quickly than I have been at work. I've been at the job for 8 months now and never understand what to join tables on when it's not a simple loanID or employeeID. Joining on Dates, "Events", ProductTypes, LeadTypes just has not clicked with me. This is one of many different fundamental things I am having trouble reading as quickly as my coworkers.

We have a ninth grade student and lately he has been struggling. No particular subject, maybe english, math, history, I think it’s mostly boredom really.
What I think he needs is to improve his basic study skills. Knowing how to prepare for his week, knowing how to prepare for tests, papers and projects.
