About
Lilah: |
Learning is exciting when it is made easy. Unfortunately, for some of us...a little extra help is needed. I was one of those such students who needed some extra help. Some subjects are tougher than others. This is where I, a tutor, can make the learning experience a good one versus a dreaded duty in education. I have a BA in Speech Language Pathology. I have numerous hours of experience and actual session time in facilitating learning for various sorts of comprehension problems. I have worked with kids with Autism, ADHD, ADD, kids with Dyslexia, EMD, Stutters, and numerous more. I have facilitated learning in grammar skills, reading, overall English(written and comprehension skills, articulation, and motor skill position for fluency, HSAT testing preparation, etc).
I love helping my students achieve and choose to equipment them to help themselves over coaching them along. |

I have a BA in Speech Language Pathology that mandated three semesters in facilitating speech therapy for children with articulation problems, stuttering, fluency, mutism, various forms of comprehension. In short, I know the test would confirm my training and make me a valuable tool to parents with kids having special needs.
