Jeff is a good listener and patient teacher who encouraged me to experiment or "play with" my new Mac, iPhone and iPad. My sessions with him are consistently productive. I now feel much more confident and comfortable reaching out to alumni and family through Facebook and Skype. He was able to troubleshoot my Wifi and a tricky problem that slowed my laptop speed intermittently. I brought it to Geeksquad and they couldn't figure it out, but Jeff did.

Brieanna's tutoring was very helpful. I was completely at a loss in using Windows 8. My sessions with Brieanna have given me the knowledge and tools I needed to use Windows 8. I am now able to download photos from my digital camera and iPhone, sort them into folders by subject matter, and retrieve them to insert in word processing documents or send by email to friends and family. She helped me learn to utilize the Microsoft Word processing program, and to feel comfortable using my new computer.

She couldn't share her screen, I didn't have a camera so we could skype, I don't own an iPhone, so I called her using my iPad mini and we face timed each other. The problem with that was Bola had to hold her phone in one hand and type with the other hand. She did that for 2 hours. Not only did she go out of her way to assist me with my SPSS homework that was handed in on time, but I know it must have been uncomfortable to hold the phone in one hand while tutoring, and not losing patience with me.
