A few years ago, Wes helped me with a number of Lightroom issues, mostly involving the catalogs where I'd saved more than 30,000 images. I'm semi-retired and return to Lightroom now and again. Last week I went to retrieve some old images and discovered that I could see all of the thumbnail images, but every single one showed that the files were missing. All of my photos (now more than 35,000) showed an exclamation point in the upper right hand corner. I clicked on one of the "!" but couldn't figure out where they went. I was concerned that the external drive where I saved the photos had failed. So I booked an hour with Wes again. I allowed him to access my computer remotely so he could see what was happening. He very efficiently and patiently saw that somehow I had moved the images to a different location. Still not sure how I did that. It took a bit more than an hour, but a lifetime of memories are all recovered, safe and sound. So I booked another hour with Wes so he can help me make sure I back them up properly to DropBox, just in case. Thanks Wes! ******!!!!!!

Exactly who I needed.
I had many questions about using Lightroom, and I wanted to make my workflow more efficient and also explore some items in the Develop module that I really didn't know how to use. Wes (a very pleasant guy) could not have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable about LR and explained everything clearly. In two sessions, I felt like I had made some giant leaps. I plan on contacting him again as needed. Highly recommended!

A Remarkable Tutor!
I have had 5 sessions with Wes. He is quite knowledgeable and clearly explains how to use each of the tools available in the Lightroom Classic modules He has also helped me to understand how to approach development with an overview vision for what I want to achieve with my photography. Overall, Wes has been extremely helpful as well as enjoyable to work with.

I had specific needs -- synching iPhone photos and folders with Lightroom Mobile and Lightroom Classic. Wes helped me accomplish that as well as cleaning up my catalog folder and Time Machine conflicts. Very pleased and will definitely work with Wes again.

Wes has a way of explaining things- making it all easy to understand. He's a born teacher! He is incredibly knowledgeable with regard to all things related to photography. from the tech side, to the creative side of things, his knowledge base is extensive. He's completely non-Judgmental...meeting you exactly where you are. Additionally, I have been able to retain information I have learned and have progressed by leaps and bounds. Bottom line-- money well spent!
