As computers do, my 7-momth-old MacBook Air stopped working a week ago. Apple Support and the Genius Bar were of little to no help. Fortunately, I recalled Steve's help with an earlier computer issue and was able to contact him. He solved the problem quickly and professionally. He was supportive and extremely helpful. He knows computers inside out and is the best person to have on your team when they get balky.
