What do you think if, there are two tubes containing the enzyme and substrate (A and B), tube A is the control. and if we double the enzyme levels in tube B; how about Km and Vmax in tube B ?
(whether constant or increasing, I intentionally didn't include the amount of enzyme levels.)

Why are enzyme-catalysed reactions slower at lower substrate concentration?
Suppose I'm using 200 nmoles of enzyme and 2 mmoles of substrate. The enzyme should be saturated but if I use 50 mmoles of substrate, the reaction will be faster. Why?I just can't get it! Even at...

Why is the Kd equation Kd=Koff/Kon instead of K=Kon/Koff?
Lets say a general equation for enzymes is E+S<-->ES<-->E+P, and an expression for the Kd of the enzyme is Kd=[E]+[S]/[ES]. Most K expressions are [Products]/[Reactants], right? In the...
