Hello i sceduled a touter session with Emily k for 1:45 i have been in the meeting room since 1:40 it is now 2:39 im still. in the meeting room and i want a refund

First, I'd send a message to Emily directly. You aren't charged until the tutor submits their notes, and it's likely that she wouldn't charge you since she did not arrive.
