study sessions from the past

I had 3 study sessions from the past, I can still view the lessons, but I cannot view the recordings. It says I have none saved, I was wondering if there was a way to view the videos.

Hey! This may have worked a little differently when your sessions took place, but in general Wyzant only stores recordings if they were actively recorded and saved during the lesson. If nothing is showing in your recordings, it usually means they weren’t saved at the time.

There isn’t a way to go back and retrieve past sessions if they weren’t recorded. For future sessions, Wyzant does have a built-in recording feature you can use so you’ll have access afterward.
