I can't get a hold of my tutor

I've been working with a tutor since October and she's great but I haven't heard back from her for a couple of weeks. Is there any way that you can tell me if she is still active on this site?

If you haven’t heard back from your tutor in a couple of weeks, it’s possible they’re temporarily inactive or unavailable.

You can usually check their profile to see if they’re still active or recently online. If you still don’t get a response, it’s a good idea to reach out to another tutor so you don’t lose study time - especially if you’re preparing for an exam.
