4th Grade Math Problem Is this right?

Have a 4th grade challenge question in my workbook and want to see if this is right. Thank You

Carlie had lots of tiny shells. She made three times as many groups of tiny shells as groups of large shells.

How many groups of tiny shells did she make?

9x3=27

If she put 6 tiny shells in each group, how many tiny shells did she use?

6x27=162

Other information we have is from a problem above that says.

Carlie made 9 groups with 6 large shells in each group. How many large shells did she have?

9x6=54

We assume that is where you find out the number of large groups to help answer this question.

Thank you Jasmine! We thought that it was but wasn't 100% since it was at the bottom of the page and never really referred to the top question. :)
