Why is my workout routine actually making me fatter?

Workout doing the opposite of what I thought


I started this workout routine for my abs and I’ve been doing it for the past couple of days. But ever since the first day my abs are super sore and I look fatter than I did before I started the routine, but I haven’t gained or lost any weight. I’m super confused and hoping that when my abs become less sore I will start to see my stomach get a little flatter and more toned. I run an average of 4 miles a day and I am a super healthy eater. Why did this happen?
