Yes, Portuguese is still spoken; however, the official language is Konkani, which almost 15% of words (lexicons) derive from Portuguese. Article number 2 below is in Portuguese and it says that Portuguese is still being taught and approximately 1,500 students were studying it in the University of Goa in 2014.
