No. Moors are from North African origin, Arabic Africans, such as Algerians. Crossing the Mediterranean, they invaded part of several countries (Italy, Malta, France, Spain, Portugal). It was more spread in religion conversion than of migration of ethnic groups occupying land. Therefore the Moors in Portugal were Portuguese converts to Islam. It's heritage nowadays is only seen in some Portuguese words, such as alface (lettuce).
