Hi! I do not quite understand your question, but I'll try to help you.
There has not been a time in history that there was a significant Portuguese migration to Venezuela, and Brazil is a neighboring country that do speak Portuguese, however the language is not spoken in Venezuela.
There might still be foreigners from several countries in Venezuela, but in very small quantities, as for Brazilians, since it's a neighboring country, might have more in comparison to further away countries. But even so there are not many left due to their current situation. What is happening is Brazil's having Venezuelans refugees coming through the border.
