I think Campinas is a good mix of both, but predominantly more caipira accent. There are a lot of Paulistanos (those born in the city of São Paulo) that moved there, mainly (but not exclusively) because of UniCamp, and with that you'll see people around speaking with a Paulistano accent. But someone that was born and raised in Campinas or it's vicinities will have a more caipira type of accent. Basically all Paulistas (those born in the State of São Paulo) who are not Paulistanos will have that accent, more or less pronounced.
