No. The Moors invasion spread more in religion conversion than of migration of ethnic groups occupying land. The Moors in Portugal, therefore, where Portuguese converts to Islam, not from Arabic ethnicity. However they do left a mark in the language, with some words being of Arabic origin, such as alface (lettuce).
