The NCLEX-PN is a computer adaptive test. Basically, that means that the computer is scoring each answer you give, as you go. Every person who sits for the NCLEX-PN gets at LEAST 85 questions. Of which, 25 questions are experimental. That means they do NOT count For OR against you. They are simply questions that the powers that be are trialing for future test banks. So, If you get to question 85 and you continue to get questions, that is ok. The maximum number of questions you will have to answer is 205. Again, 25 of those are experimental, but we are not told which ones they are. You will have a maximum of 5 hours to complete the test. Best of luck!
