Can you tell us more about what you want to learn about being a LPN? Do you mean difficulties on the job? Challenges as a LPN vs RN? The challenges of being a nurse vary depending on where you work and what type of clients you care for. If you have patients with dementia they will try to hit you and will call you bad names. Some clients complain about feeling sick but refuse the advice you give. Many jobs you are on your feet most of the shift and it can be physically exhausting. If you work with terminally I’ll clients it can be emotionally draining. Sometimes the difficult people you deal with are your coworkers and not your patients. I hate to list so many negatives without saying how rewarding it can be. It can take time to figure out what area you want to work in but then it can be a great job.
What are some difficulties you've experience as a licenses practical nurse?
