The company that you registered with should send you an email of what they want to see the day of the exam. For example, I took my NCLEX through Pearson Vue and they sent me an email two days before saying they wanted to see one acceptable form of ID and then they gave me a list of what is an acceptable form of ID. If that form of ID did not have a signature, then a secondary form of ID would be required and it must contain the signature.
Also do note for testing centers that if you bring any cellphones, food, water, etc those will have to be stored either in your car or a locker and won't be allowed in the actual testing center.
