Point (-2, 3), slope m = 5
Using point slope formula: y - y1 = m(x-x1)
with (x1, y1) = (-2, 3), m = 5
y - 3 = 5(x-(-2))
y - 3 = 5(x+2)
y - 3 = 5x + 10
y = 5x + 13
