10 in^2/ second * 60 sec/min * 2.54^2 cm^2/1 in^2 * 1 m^2/100^2 cm^2
= 0.387096 m^2/min

.0254 meter = 1 inch
.0254 * .0254 = .000645 meters squared = 1 inch squared
.000645 * 10 inches = .00645 meters per second
1 minute = 60 seconds
.00645 * 60 = .387096 meters squared per minute
