Temperature remains constant. Increase in velocity causes increase in dynamic pressure (ρv²/2) but decrease in static pressure (ρgh). Total pressure (dynamic plus static), remains constant:

 

                                               ρv²/2   +   ρgh   = const  

 

(there is one more term - standard external pressure which is a constant, and it is not necessarily to include here).
