Temperature remains constant. Increase in velocity causes increase in dynamic pressure (ρv2/2) but decrease in static pressure (ρgh). Total pressure (dynamic plus static), remains constant:
ρv2/2 + ρgh = const
(there is one more term - standard external pressure which is a constant, and it is not necessarily to include here).
