If not , then

BUT,
If you are then there is a scrap piece 39x3 which yeilds 117 square centimeters.
AND there is another scrap piece 48x 4 = 192 square centimeters
That's an extra 309 square centimeters of scrap than can be salvaged, which
will yield another 309/25 = 12 squares
So in that case there will be 63 + 12 = 75
