Tutors do not see exactly the same pages that you do so I cannot tell you exactly where to click.

You should contact WyzAnt directly.  You can email them or telephone them at the number at the top of the pages - [phone]  - I believe it is toll free.  WyzAnt is very responsive to questions and I am sure they can help you directly.
