I have no idea how to start figuring this out. PLEASE HELP!

IF we're talking about a direct variation, then:

 

y = kx

 

where k is a constant.  So all y/x = k.  Thus:

 

30/24 = x/90

 

Solve for x.  If it's not a direct variation, then please provide the missing info.
