I think #2 the answer is b

Ok Let me clarity the answer as I had thought it was about blackbody and other objects. 
 
If we're talking about glass, lets say, then the answer would depend on the angle you are viewing from. 
 
If you have the light behind the glass, since it is absorbing all the wavelength other than blue, then you wouldn't see any of the color. Since it is transmitting blue which means it is allowing blue to go through, then the glass would look transparent with blue. 
 
However, if you have the light behind you and looking at the object, the object would absorb all light so you wouldn't see any of the colors. Now, it is transmitting blue which means none of the blue is being reflected back as well. Therefore, you wouldn't see any color, which means it will be opaque and black. 
 
Therefore, since the color would depend on the angle of the viewing, I would say the answer is D: None of the above.
