Vasudha,
All this needs is a little imagination. There are many words, so it will be a long paragraph. You can even keep the order in which the words are listed:
With a sober mind, the supervisor spoke to the under-performing employee. The employee remained somber during the conversation. The supervisor wanted to call him an imbecile, but had the good sense to avoid use of insulting language. The employee remained docile. After all, he was a newly hired part-time student, and still just a pupil, as far as the company was concerned. But he needed to accept some correction about his work habits. Except for being prompt, this employee was not "up to par" in the sanctum of the workplace. He is a fighter, and he does try to do good. But he appears distracted, wasting time with ornamentation of his cubicle, rather than dedicating himself to rigorous performance of his assigned tasks. It is sad, because his work effort is vigorous and actually better than that of the other employees, but the quality is poor. And then we have the problem of his putting urgent things off until later, failing to prioritize his time. There is no way to deny he is a weak employee. It may defy the odds for the company to keep him employed here. The supervisor did not intend to intimidate or bully the employee, but he had to tell it like it is.
Note: "lateer" and "sanctorum" are not dictionary words.
