Does she have enough sugar to make 500 pieces of candy?

Ms. Alvarez has 16 pounds of sugar.  She can make 32 pieces of candy or 8 lollipops with each pound of sugar.

Are there any further constraints? As is if she chooses to not produce lollipops she can easily produce 500 candies.
