sin (theta/3 + 20) = cos theta

sin (θ/3 + 20) = cos θ
sin (θ/3 + 20) = sin (π/2 - θ)
θ/3 + 20 = π/2 - θ
θ + 60 = 3π/2 - 3θ
4θ = 3π/2 - 60
θ = 3π/8 - 15
