Volume of the prism = length (16 inches) x width (12 inches) x height (28 inches).
Volume of the small cube same thing: 4 inches x 4 inches x 4 inches.
To find out how many small cubes fit in the prism , divide the volume of the prism by the volume of the small cube.
As for the unit cube...my guess is since a unit cube has all sides the same length which is one unit we can take in this case one unit to be 1 inch. So volume is again 1x1x1=1 inch squared. So same method as above for finding out how many unit cubes can fit into the prism. Volume of the prism divided by volume of one cube.
